It has been a stressful week and not getting any better.
This happened last week
Stop by the garage to get my morning coffee.
Took the cup, pressed the button, waited a few seconds, dashed back to the car.
Start the engine, drove off and just before joining the main road I just have this uneasy feeling.
What was it I forgot to do?
Nice … pay for the coffee.
This happened 2 nights back
Fluffing the pillows and getting reading for my sleep – 2100
The next door neighbours decided to do another round of karaoke – 2100
Woke up at around 5 to 1 to a tummy cramp and the karaoke session was still on louder than ever – 0100
Called the security – 0102
Tried calling the security again – 0105
No answer – 01107
Decided to do the unthinkable – 0110
Walk to the next door neighbour and pressed the door bell furiously – 0111
Took a while to answer and me got frustrated – 0112
Did the unthinkable again and began shouting outside the neighbour door warning ‘it’s 1 o’clock in the morning and you guys are making too much noise and if you don’t stop this I will call the cops’ – 0112
Door open and I warned them again – 0113
They apologise, I walked back and didn’t manage to sleep at all - 0115
Event no.2 would definitely not happen again. What was I thinking? I wasn’t thinking at all … I was too emotional I decided not to use my brain … bodoh lah …

wish you were here
How I wish, how I wish you were here
We're just two lost souls
Swimming in a fish bowl
Year after year
Running over the same old ground
What have we found?
The same old fears
Wish you were here

Dubai Rugby Sevens
Since SA is not in the finals someone asked who we would be supporting in the finals in which out of courtesy i replied Fiji lah since that someone doesnt want any of the big 5 to win ...
Fiji does have a good team, they are strong, have the biggest and strong players, played a good game but always unlucky ... but this year round they were lucky to beat SA and managed to secure a spot in the semis against NZ ... that someone said yeahhh we'll support Fiji ok, they would surely win the title cos we're supporting them ...
but hang on a second ... it just strike me that NZ is in the semis and i cant abandon my team and before i know it, the rampage began .... and what do i get? to be called a traitor ... ok fine lah, starting from today, this point forward i am officially a die hard supporter of ... suka?

to proof that, i hope Fiji win against NZ and would proceed to the finals against either England or Samoa ...

happy 38th national day UAE
Yesterday, 2nd December 2009, marks UAE 38th national day.
UAE is a federation of seven emirates consist of:
- Abu Dhabi
- Dubai
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Fujairah
- Um Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
Abu Dhabi is of course the capital of UAE and the second largest city whilst Dubai is the largest city in the UAE.
UAE ethnic groups is divided into 2 - emirati and non emirati. Emirati contribute 16.5% of the ethnic group and the remaining 83.5% is made up of non emirati arabs, indian, pakistani, bangladeshi, filipino, thai, chinese, iranian, westeners and myself.
So yesterday, i was in a national day mood and decided that i would definitely join the national day parade held at the Dubai Creek @ 2.30pm. His higness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai would be there for the celebration.
The morning started as usual, woke up at 6.30 and made my way to Safa Park for my morning run. Came back home at around 9.30 and made my way to Burjuman to have an early lunch and ordered myself mocktail of the day resembling the UAE national flag which is 'yuck' due to the combination of mint and cucumber (see pictue above, it does look pretty i must admit)!
Burjuman and the Dubai Creek is just a walking distance so i figured that i could just walk to the creek to avoid traffic but to my dismay, both my knee was giving me problem once again. After lunch i was in agony as my left knee was (and still is actually) giving me this horrible pain. I could hardly walk and was limping all the way from the restaurant to my car. I almost cried in pain as it was so intensed!
That was the time i decided to cancel my national day plan with his highness and headed straight home instead. The drive home wasn't good either as my body was feeling so weak and i was shivering. I felt terrible and couldn't even drive properly as the fastess i could drive was 70 kmh cos i couldn't focus on the road.
Got home in one piece and was sleeping the whole afternoon cum evening under the comfort of my duvet.
I'm not ill, i was just feeling extremely tired yesterday... life is full of ups and downs!

selamat hari raya haji
tahun lepas sambut raya haji di oman
tahun ni terasa kesunyian sejak kak sal dan haizan & family sudah balik ke malaysia ...
tahun lepas masak daging dendeng dan satay dan nasi impit
tahun ni masak kari ayam pula
tahun lepas makan beramai-ramai
bye!

ungrateful people
i think i've told you how much i hate people who doesn't know how to say thank you ... especially someone you call friend ... nak pulak not just any normal friend but close friend pulak tu ... susah sangat ke nak cakap thank you? Someone had help you, though it might not be something big but the thought of reminding you of that particular thing that counts right? Kalau ye pon la kedekut sms, email pon x boleh ke? Ke kedekut bil elektrik jugak and the thought of having to spend a lil bit from your bil elektrik to say thank you to me is not worth it? doesn't matter la friends ke, family ke, colleague ke, stranger ke ... aku akan terasa kalau aku buat something or give something but there's no thank you ... if la aku lupa nak cakap terima kasih kat korang for any reason sekalipon, feel free to remind me ok!
having my lunch break now ... wah addved can update during lunch hour la! ohh did i mentioned that the cinema upper level is completed and the grand opening was on the 11 November 2009 though as a kuli, i wasn't invited but was invited by my subcon on Saturday 14 November 2009 to watched 2012 at the Premier Hall ... feeling boleh relax la kan padahal banyak lagi unresolve issues ... sneak peek of the upper level cinema before i make a special entry on it:
Cinema Level 4 : Entrance
Cinema Level 4: Lobby / VIP Box Office Counter
